LOVETTS WELL PUMP REPAIR

Wanted to replace my pump for $1160. This pump is only 5 yrs old. I asked if it could be repaired. He looked at it & realized the attachment was broke, a $32 part.

Was so lucky that they were able to come out the day I called. Did the job fast and we have water again : ) !!

We have used this company twice. Both times they were extremely prompt. Problem was assessed quickly and repairs were done professionally. Felt like we were treated fairly and educated on how to prevent future problems.

We had a pump that was running non stop unless we flipped the circuit
breaker.  We live 100 miles away from the property.  Mr Lovett met us at
the the house at the time we scheduled and quickly resolved the issue.

The needed repairs were done efficiently and promptly.

They came out on time, as promised, worked quickly and efficiently, had our water running again in an hour or two.  Cleaned up the mess, even went under the house, found the leak which may have burnt out the pump, and on their own tied off that line to prevent further leaking.  We are raising our special needs granddaughter, we have to rely on that pump for the whole house, and couldn't live without it.  Great service.

They did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it and I haven't had any problems since, so they did it well!

This job went very well, to say the least.  I sent a message to the provider on June 19, 2014.  Mr. Lovett called me that evening to talk to me about what was going on with the well/pump.  He gave me an idea as to what he believed it was.  He made an appt to come out the next day to do the work.  As Mr. Lovett said, he called me at 7:45 a.m. on June 20th and left a message.  I called him back when I heard the message and we made an appt time to come out to my house after he did the first job.  He was very punctual as well as professional. I was very pleased with his work and the quality of his work.  I would definitely use Lovetts Well/Pump repair in the future and would highly recommend them to everyone.  I was very impressed at the responsiveness of being called back and an appt being made for the next day. I can't thank Lovetts enough for the quick response, the thorough job they performed, and the professionalism provided.  They were very nice people.  I appreciate work being done for me, from people as was Mr. Lovett and his people.  I would give them a 5 star rating as well as an A+ rating for their work, etc.  Thank you Lovetts Well and Pump repair!!!

Excellent service!  Very prompt response to our call.  Our old water pump suddenly failed this morning.  We called and within two hours Tom showed up with his well-equiped service truck.  He pulled the old well pump, found why it had failed, and replaced the old pump and piping within three hours.  Our house now has a working water system again and we are very grateful.  We are very pleased with Tom and his service and will use him again.

I had no water so I called my regular plumber and couldn't even get a call back.  I called Lovett's and they dropped what they were doing and came right over.  The found that the pipe had broken outside at the well and repaired it.  The price seems a little high but considering it was an emergency call, maybe it was not so bad.

Mr. Lovett installed the tank while I was at work. He arrived at the time he said he would and was finished in a little over an hour. I have used Mr. Lovett in the past to fix other problems with my well and have always had a good experience. He's not going to be the cheapest person you can hire, but he will be punctual and do a professional job. You get what you pay for.

They arrived on time.  They were efficient.  They were very professional.  They were business people and made sure I was pleased.

I had gotten a quote from another local plumber who wanted $1100 and would only replace the entire pressure tank assembly!

Called Mr. Lovett in regards to my mothers well freezing up last night because of the cold temps. He promptly came out and was so nice, helpful and very informative. I would not hesitate to contact him again when and if the need arises. Super service and I am very appreciative that he got the well working again and my 83 year old mother, sister and niece who is handicap and in a wheelchair have water once again!
