 + 0 moreMy husband and I went to the TjMaxx located in Sunset Blvd. in Lexington, SC. We were looking for a new office chair. We found what we were looking for with relative ease because the store was so well organized! The associates and managers were very friendly and helpful and we truly did have a wonderful experience there. But what REALLY REALLY impressed us is the help we got after we had made our purchase! When we loaded the chair in our car and went to crank the car up we realized that our battery had died. We just moved here from Georgia so we didn't have any friends or family to call for assistance. I went back into the store and asked a couple of the managers for help. They were so sweet and so helpful! They actually to 5 minutes out of their day and came outside and helped us jump our car off! They even told us where the nearest Auto Zone was so that we could go and get our battery seen about! I truly cannot rave enough about their wonderful customer service and I will be going back there for all of our needs for our new home!
