I called and left messages 3 times before finally scheduling on 11/21/13 for 12/11/2013.  The service never showed up.  I called that day, and left message.  I called 12/13 and was told that i would be called back, I called again 12/27 and was told I would be called back when they were close to the book and could schedule.   I called at least 1 other time with the same response and then I just gave up.  I felt it was very unprofessional and a giant waste or my time.

Well not only were they late but only one person showed up when there were supposed to be two. The one that did show didn't even have a vacuum with her!
She tried to vacuum carpets with a stick vac for hard surfaces - which means they didn't get cleaned. She never attempted to do the ceiling fans or blinds because she didn't have a step stool either. She was there around an hour and said she was done.
