It was good. They came pretty much on time. They got the work done in a timely manner. The guy was very polite and very friendly. We get a military discount. We were very satisfied with the service. It was pretty cost effective.

We spent $6,500.00 on hardwood flooring from Home Depot in Lexington, SC. (I am stating the amount spent because if I had spent $100 I probably would not be quite as upset). First problem: We asked if they were sure they had enough flooring for our job in their store and were assured they did. But as it turned out they had to order the flooring from another location which took much longer to deliver. Second problem: We were told the wood needed to be stacked log cabin fashion so the wood could acclimate property to the house. We paid $140.00 extra for delivery so they could stack the material properly (my husband is 60 years old and we are talking about over 40 cases of hardwood). We were assured the delivery people would do this for us (this is why we paid the extra). When the delivery men arrived they stated they would not stack log cabin style, as a matter of fact they had orders for curb side delivery only and the delivery men said they did not even need to bring the product into the house if they did not want to! Third Problem: I called the store to complain to the store manager and was disconnected three times. When I finally got the store manager I asked for the regional manager's number and was put on hold for over 17 minutes. Fourth Problem: We asked that only unopened cases be delivered. We had 4 cases that were opened and possibly had missing pieces and had damaged wood. There were more problems than this but I am sure you get the picture. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I would not shop there again.

They've got everything you can imagine but it's a matter of finding things. I just don't know my way around the place.

The work turned out great. They did a great job, they were here on time and were very professional. The person who did the work went way out of her way for us.
