I am very happy with them. I was very happy with the salesman who was really good. He also sold me my cable service and I have been very happy with them. It was just really that one salesman; he was so good. He gave his personal opinion because he too had switched to that cable service. With regard to price, I think they are around about the same as everybody else. They might be a little higher, but they always send me coupons over the email, so I guess it sort of washes out. With regard to quality, I have had no problems with them. I have even had to take several things back, and they were good about that. With regard to responsiveness, it takes a little bit longer than they say. With regard to punctuality, they are good.

We have done all our business with Best Buy, their services are excellent.

We were told the washer & dryer were going to be delivered between 12p to 2p and stated that they would call if they were unable to make it at that time; they arrived at approximately 4:45p; without calling to let us know that they would be running late. After they installed the appliances; they were unable to reverse the doors because the driver did not know how to do that and the original delivery guy was sick. They were going to send another gentleman the following day to reverse the doors, balance the machines and also to run a test cycle in the morning. I had to call them around 11 because we had not heard from them. Two gentleman showed up after 1 pm and I had to go to work so my wife informed them that we wanted the doors reversed because of the placement. One of the delivery guys stated "Why don't you just switch them?" And my wife informed them that this was the reason we purchased this particular brand because of the ability to reverse the doors. They mentioned that they were in a hurry and had a great deal of other stops to make. She thought they were reversing the doors and heard the washer running, they came in and said that the washer was in the process of running a test cycle and they left. My wife went into the laundry room and realized that the guys had moved the washer and dryer, switching their position; they did not do what they were supposed to do, which was switch the doors. Now there are scratches and nicks on both the washer and dryer, all noticeable. This was terrible service. I have tried every avenue to get some resolution to this issue; however, when I called 1-800-bestbuy, I have not been able to get any tangible results. We are meeting with the manager; but I am unsure if we will be able to get a resolution from this because of the "I don't care" attitude. The managers all make promises but there is no follow through; we had to continue to check back with them; they never took our needs or satisfaction into consideration; they only called back when we would call them.
