My refrigerator had stopped cooling. I called this company Sunday morning and Mark (the owner) was at my house within the hour. He looked at the problem and told me what he would do.He replaced one of the parts and it began working. He did not try to replace additional parts-only what was needed. He was up front with the price and did not charge extra because it was Sunday morning. It was a positive experience.

Mark came out late Saturday night per my urgent plea and arrived within 15 minutes from my call. He was very pleasant and professional and not only fixed my refrigerator but also looked at a problem I was having with my washing machine and fixed that as well for FREE!! I would not hesitate to use Expert Appliance Heating and Air again and, actually, have already made an appointment to have my air conditioning unit serviced. VERY IMPRESSED!!!!

I will Never use them ever again and will warn my network of friends and acquaintances

Mark is a scammer. He will act olike he knows what he is talking about, make you do the work and then never finish or return calls. My husband worked on the oven because Mark just stood there. Then Mark tried to over charge us for a part. After weeks of waiting for the part number from Mark I contacted Dacor. Mark gave us the wrong part and wanted to charge is 600.00 for a part that retails for 280.00 (plus his labor). After weeks of trying to schedule an appointment Mark just never showed up, never called. He agreed to give me my service fee back (which he was to credit after he did the repair anyway) since he never did the repair but then changed his mind and now we are suing him for the service never performed and the part because Sloan appliance fixed my oven and the non-returnable part Mark told Dacor we needed was WRONG. Scam artist.
