The guy that I dealt with on the phone and in person was very clean cut and professional. We came to a deal and I agreed to use him. Then he sends out a bunch of subcontractors and they were all hillbilly's. They were very unprofessional and I wouldn't use them again. Elliott might be a good guy, but he hired very unprofessional workers.
