Can out to look at the work, ordered the part, came back to install which required waiting for the utility company to close the box.

After the initial call, they wanted to come to the house to make sure they understood what work needed to be done. No charge for the visit. Came back on the day and time that I requested to perform the work. Two electricians worked for less than one hour to finish the work. They were accommodating enough to add an electrical outlet in the attic that was not originally requested to accommodate the security company that was also there installing a security system.
