I have been using this service for several years & love them! If issues arise, which has been rare, then Dawn addresses them immediately & fixes it! There’s not enough room here for me to sing their praises. A great cleaning team!!!!

We arranged a meeting for June 1 at 3:00 at the Valley Rd House. They Confirmed Friday and Monday. They never showed up to the meeting and never called. I tried to call them but no answer nor answering machine

This company cleaned my house for 8 years and never had an issue with them stealing. Well about a month ago they came in to clean and stole 2 rings valued at $3100.00 and another custom ring. I realized it as soon as they left and contacted the owner of the company and told her what happened. She said she was extremely sorry and would contact the women that were there cleaning to see if they would confess to taking them and get back with me. The women said they didn't steal anything so the owner did nothing!! I contacted the police and they came over to take a report so they are being investigated. Do not hire this company!!!

We pre-paid in cash. The house sold before we had it cleaned. We have contacted the owners multiple times for our money back. Both ladies have told us they will call us back when they get to the office, but they have yet to return our calls or respond to texts. I would not recommend after this transaction.

Made appointment to get cost estimate. They never showed or called to cancel the appointment not to apologize for standing us up. My wife left her job early to keep the appointment.

I strongly recommend Detailed Excellence Cleaning Solutions (DECS)! I appreciated the thoroughness and professionalism from the very first visit with Dawn for the estimate review. I had a list of questions that I never had to ask because she addressed them all before I even asked. I shopped around before confirming and DECS had the level of service I was looking for (most important aspect) as well as a great price (bonus!). Our first cleaning visit was fantastic! The team worked very hard – yes, a toothbrush – were thorough and very kind. They were not bothered at all that we were home. They asked questions about preferences (such as use of dust spray, etc) and made notes for our file. The second visit was a different team and did not go as smoothly. However, DECS was very responsive to the issue and my concerns. I am very pleased with their response and action. We just had the third visit and again, a fantastic job and incredibly appreciated! It is such a relief to come home to a clean house and such a joy to not spend the weekend cleaning. Thank you DECS!!

Excellent! They are prompt and very thorough. Love how the house looks and smells after their visit. I have 2 large dogs and the ladies are not bothered by them at all. I loved the first visits so much, I have them scheduled every 3 weeks. The price is great and now I can enjoy my home without having to spend the weekends cleaning. Highly recommend them.

Fantastic company! Every crew that has cleaned our home has been friendly, professional, and leaves our house looking spotless. This is the first cleaning service I’ve used that does a better job than I can do myself! I can’t say enough about what a pleasure it is to see them coming every two weeks. After being dissatisfied with another cleaning company, I hired Dawn. Her team did a truly spectacular job. They are so thorough & I just love walking into my home after they come through. Their service has been consistent & Dawn is VERY responsive. I can text her with little questions, requests, etc. It's no wonder that she has built such a successful business. She takes her work very seriously and it shows in the service. She is also willing to narrow the scope of the cleaning to work within your budget. I have my house cleaned every other week.

Sandra came out and went through the rooms and told me the services offered. Clean the bathrooms thoroughly, dust everything including the walls and blinds, clean the kitchen thoroughly, vacuum and mop the entire house. We have used DECS for about a year and are very happy with them. All the ladies are friendly and do a great job. I’m always happy to see them come because I know our house will be clean!

The first 2 cleans were detailed. There was never a tooth brush....but it was clean. The third clean they had to be recalled as it was a terrrible job. They came out right away to fix which I appreciated. The next handful of cleans were okay. The problem started happening when we had only 1 seasoned cleaner and a trainee. The cleans became just ok. The last clean they left my house shockingingly bad. Full garbage cans. Pile of debris on floor. Dirty sinks, tubs, and counters. It was a busy time of year and my choice was the either the next night starting at 6 pm or had to wait several days. Suffice to say, I cleaned it myself.
