"It has taken me a while to respond to this review because I TRULY have been at a loss for words. I am not one to be negative or nasty and "bash" if you will but I have to say this review leaves me at a total loss. You have had service with us for 9 months. I have gone over and above to accommodate you. In the 9 months of your every 3 week service you have skipped 5 times.May 31,July 10, July 31, Aug 21, and Dec 1. I know things happen, however there were also many times that we had to sit at the gate and wait for you to come and get the team even though you had us text you 10 minutes before arrival (because you live on a military base it was required that you escort us on to the base) For you to say that your home was NEVER toothbrushed , that just simply is NOT the case! I PERSONALLY have cleaned your home, and in almost every area I cleaned I was on my hands and knees WITH a tooth brush cleaning your baseboards, and I know that they used a toothbrush in every bathroom in your home and in your kitchen on the faucets, fixtures and drains. When I am in ANY home cleaning I make certain it is done properly BEFORE I leave.I made an attempt to rectify the error on your last cleaning and you gave me NO chance to do so, I told you we would come back out and take care of it. You told me to send you check back and terminated service before I had a chance to respond to your texts. I did EVERYTHING that you asked me to do. I was very polite and NEVER one time did I get nasty or was I mean or ugly to you even when you DEMANDED that I do what you said and even gave me a "TIME FRAME" to do so . We are all human and make mistakes, no one is perfect. I truly apologize for the error in your home. I only wish that you had allowed me to correct the issue, even if you still wanted to terminate service I would have liked to correct our error before you did. This Company has won Angie's List Super Service Award 2015, 2016 AND 2017.... I take PRIDE in my business and my reputation in this industry. I have worked EXTREMELY HARD to build this company. In the 6 + years I have been in business I have never once advertised, Angie's List and customer referral is the only customer source that I have. I started out 9/15/2011 in a living room with 4 employees and a handful of customers, on 1/11/2018 as I write this I have almost 300 consistent customers ( not counting Move in, Move out & the Quarterly customers) and 22 employees. I believe that speaks VOLUMES of me and my character. Customer referral to family and friends is the best compliment that anyone can give us. I ALWAYS try my very best to make every customer no matter how big or small the home or if they were cleaned 1 time or 1000 times as satisfied as they possibly can be. I really believe that this review is very unfair. C in Price? You have 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms and 9 other rooms in this extremely LARGE home, D in responsiveness? You were texting me at 10 PM that evening ( I text back and forth with you for over an hour that evening) and several times throughout the 9 months you had service with me you text me late in the evening and I ALWAYS RESPONDED EVEN ON THE WEEKENDS... HOW DID THAT WARRANT A D???? D on Punctuality? This I Truly Do not understand because you had us call you 10 minutes before we arrived at the gate and we sat at the visitors center waiting on you? I am very sorry that you feel this [Member Information Removed]. Best wishes in the future."
