I have been using this service for several years & love them! If issues arise, which has been rare, then Dawn addresses them immediately & fixes it! There’s not enough room here for me to sing their praises. A great cleaning team!!!!

Excellent service by the two assigned cleaners. They arrived punctually, reviewed what was needed and performed in a professional manner completing in what was, to us, record time. We have no reservation concerning use of this company and its employees again in the near future. Our kudos to the staff for a well done job all around. These are professional folks with the customer needs as their priority. We also appreciate Ms. Sandra for scheduling us in when our back was against the wall.

We arranged a meeting for June 1 at 3:00 at the Valley Rd House. They Confirmed Friday and Monday. They never showed up to the meeting and never called. I tried to call them but no answer nor answering machine

This company cleaned my house for 8 years and never had an issue with them stealing. Well about a month ago they came in to clean and stole 2 rings valued at $3100.00 and another custom ring. I realized it as soon as they left and contacted the owner of the company and told her what happened. She said she was extremely sorry and would contact the women that were there cleaning to see if they would confess to taking them and get back with me. The women said they didn't steal anything so the owner did nothing!! I contacted the police and they came over to take a report so they are being investigated. Do not hire this company!!!

We pre-paid in cash. The house sold before we had it cleaned. We have contacted the owners multiple times for our money back. Both ladies have told us they will call us back when they get to the office, but they have yet to return our calls or respond to texts. I would not recommend after this transaction.

I strongly recommend Detailed Excellence Cleaning Solutions (DECS)! I appreciated the thoroughness and professionalism from the very first visit with Dawn for the estimate review. I had a list of questions that I never had to ask because she addressed them all before I even asked. I shopped around before confirming and DECS had the level of service I was looking for (most important aspect) as well as a great price (bonus!). Our first cleaning visit was fantastic! The team worked very hard – yes, a toothbrush – were thorough and very kind. They were not bothered at all that we were home. They asked questions about preferences (such as use of dust spray, etc) and made notes for our file. The second visit was a different team and did not go as smoothly. However, DECS was very responsive to the issue and my concerns. I am very pleased with their response and action. We just had the third visit and again, a fantastic job and incredibly appreciated! It is such a relief to come home to a clean house and such a joy to not spend the weekend cleaning. Thank you DECS!!

Excellent! They are prompt and very thorough. Love how the house looks and smells after their visit. I have 2 large dogs and the ladies are not bothered by them at all. I loved the first visits so much, I have them scheduled every 3 weeks. The price is great and now I can enjoy my home without having to spend the weekends cleaning. Highly recommend them.

After being dissatisfied with another cleaning company, I hired Dawn. Her team did a truly spectacular job. They are so thorough & I just love walking into my home after they come through. Their service has been consistent & Dawn is VERY responsive. I can text her with little questions, requests, etc. It's no wonder that she has built such a successful business. She takes her work very seriously and it shows in the service. She is also willing to narrow the scope of the cleaning to work within your budget. I have my house cleaned every other week.
