Brett and Jacob gave me a call and arrived timely. They covered their shoes before entering my home and were very respectful and polite to me. Both listened to my problem and immediately went to work. The issue was resolved quickly and they cleaned up everything behind themselves. (even the tub area where there had been standing water that had left a ring) We discussed causes and ways to prevent my issue in the future. Overall I am very pleased with this service. I will call Cottrell Plumbing again.

On time, did a great job, checked the line 3 times to make sure the leak was fixed (now that's good quality), left everything clean. Super nice and professional guys.

I have used Cottrell Plumbing for several years. They are always professional, on time, patient with any and all questions. They wear shoe protectors, clean up when they are finished and ALWAYS explain what needs to be done and what they are doing. They tell you up front what the charges will be before doing any work. I find the prices are competative and fair. I have referred them to many of my friends and neighbors. I see there trucks in my neighborhood often. Most recent visits August 7th, 8th and 22nd 2018.

The plumbers, Josh & William, were right on time & very courteous. They got tight to work repairing the leak & did minimal damage to my lawn. Now my water bill will go down and I’ll have quiet pipes! Wonderful service. I’m new to the Lexington area and will never use a plumber other than Cottrell plumbing!

We had an initial scheduling snafu, but they made it right and did an awesome job for a reasonable price. Highly recommend them!

The first guy that came in didn't fix it and they came back and replaced one part of the shower and didn't charged me anything.

We first used Cottrell Fall 2017 for a hot water heater. Josh came out on a service call one night to assess our issue and recommended a replacement. I love that they have 24/7 hours with no extra charges. A crew came the following afternoon to replace the tank and installed new valves. We called them again when I noticed the signs of a potential slab leak earlier this month. They wanted another company to come out to detect the origination of the leak and then they came out afterwards. The day of the appointment to do the repairs, the appointment before me ran late so they were late getting to me and still stayed to finish the job until about 7:00 PM which I appreciated. I am pretty obsessive about my house being clean so I’ve appreciated their willingness to wear shoe covers and how they clean up after themselves. I have bad allergies so when they had to do the slab leak repair and Brett mentioned it would get dusty so he was putting up some plastic and I said I was concerned about dust going all over, he made a little fortress of plastic to work under to contain the dust in one small area. Of course, not even a plastic fortress can rival all that flying dust but I give him an A for effort :-) They replaced a hot and cold pipe that each had holes in the same area for $2,400. I can’t remember the name of the other tech but he was friendly as well. We noticed our water pressure in our kitchen decreased significantly after this repair and Brett came back again to check it out and cleaned out the hot line in the kitchen where some sediment was causing the low pressure. He also installed a new pressure reducer valve to boost the pressure in the house that has been low. Brett seems to go above and beyond and Cottrell has stood behind their work which has gained my trust in them. I will continue to call on them when plumbing issues arise (though I REALLY hope that won’t be for a while!)

Fantastic. Nick came by on-time and did exactly what he promised in a very professional way. The final bill was exactly what was estimated.

Very courteous and professional crew worked exhaustively to fix the sewage problem created by a rusted out cast iron pipe from our kitchen sink in a difficult to reach part of the house. HVAC crew replaced ducts rusted out from the water damage and had to work around the new plumbing work. To make sure that everything was still OK, they called back the plumbing crew to verify that everything was still intact - no extra charge. Having both plumbing and HVAC in the same company was a big plus - and the integrity to make sure the job was fixed completely is exceptional. Great job!

Cottrell's crews always do a great job. They're our go-to plumber for whatever we need done. We've always enjoy having the guys around and have always been very pleased with their work.

This company is great. I will never call anyone else. They fix the problem and never try to up sale. They took a lot of care in my home.

Great! The technician, Brett, was professional, on time, and knowledgeable! I had a toilet that was continuously running and he diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed the issue. I will definitely recommend them to others.

The tech, Nick Helms, was very polite, courtesy, professional, and very knowledgeable. Was unable to service water heater because it's age, and because the company couldn't guarantee that the services that was performed would improve our output. He was very knowledgeable about options that I could consider to upgrade our hot water system on a budget, within the limits on our 3 foot crawlspace. The company sent over estimates as I requested, but at this time I haven't decided to proceed since the hot water heater is operational currently.
