Sometimes, the work they do NOT do is as important as what they do. From the first phone call to the departing handshake, this was a pleasant bunch of people to deal with. Chris showed up exactly as scheduled (I called mid-morning, he was there mid-afternoon) and investigated a spot in my crawlspace that had become muddy without any apparent seepage from outside. He tested all the waterlines close by and couldn't find a problem. He gave me a few theories as to what might have happened and told me what to watch for in the future which would indicate that it is a plumbing problem. These folks are prompt, courteous and professional. When I do need plumbing work, they will be my first call.

I found them to be courteous, on time, I was satisfied with the job and I felt the rate was reasonable. He gave us recommendations on how to lower our plumbing bill by giving us money saving options without shortchanging our plumbing needs and I really appreciated that as we were working from a budget.

They arrived same day as called, removed shoes when coming in the house, and explained in detail the work that was being done. We were involved in every step of the process and they made sure we approved before continuing. They were very pet friendly-we had our dog shut in the bedroom and we were told "please don't keep her in there on our account". When they were done, the bath was cleaner than when they came! They went over the bill with us and made sure to fully explain the warranty and its limits at the end of the call.

They cleaned up after themselves, they answered and returned phone calls in a timely manner, and have stayed on top of things. We have been very pleased with the service.

Someone came within a couple of hours of my first phone call. He was polite and professional, did just what we needed quickly and left. The washer repair man came later and said he thought the faucet was still leaking--so I called the plumber back. He came immediately after finishing the job he was on and checked. It was not leaking, but he said to call anytime if I found that it was in fact leaking again. There is a year guarantee on the work.

This experience went very well for me. They were very professional. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Well. They came, checked the sink, the water flow, went under the house, unclogged the pipe, drew a picture of the problem and the problem of the construction of the plumbing. When they presented the bill I asked if I got a coupon and he said no, but he would give me a card. I was surprised by the bill and asked him if it were high. He said it was right in the middle. They later called me and apologized for the coupon oversight and they sent me a check.

Very prompt, very accurate with assessing problem and reduced the invoice when he completed job from the estimate. The job is under my house & I can't tell you if it is excellent or not (unable to crawl under).

The water heater was leaking and Jason came out right away. Apparently, it was about to burst, but thankfully they came out in a timely fashion with a new one and replaced it with no problem. I have used Jason and his crew for many jobs and will continue to use them. He is an honest, polite guy who I love doing business with and will continue using him!

This was a total house renovation from the ground up. Jason redid the kitchen and one of the bathrooms. He is very neat, very clean, very prompt, and very polite. His rates are higher than some other plumbing contractors I have used; however, the quality of his work is superior. I would use him again.
