I first took my laptop in because it wouldn't turn on. They quickly found that my hard drive was shot. Immediately gave me price to repair or to transfer my data. I chose to buy a new laptop and transfer my data. I dropped the new one off on a Tuesday and they called Saturday letting me know it was ready. They are professional and do not mind answering all of your questions.
