The entertainment center and linen cabinets have not been installed yet, just ordered. So far everyone has been on time, very helpful and professional. The first meeting was estimated to take from 60-90 minutes, but probably lasted over two hours. The designer took as much time as was needed to try to meet our needs for the first draft. When we went to the factory to pick out doors and hardware the owner even helped us. Can't wait to see the final product.
