I am taking legal aciton. He said he had a contractors license but it had expired and he was getting it back, just a fee thing! HE never had one I found out later! HE had come highly recommended from a reputable business man in the state. He had done subcontract work at my home with this company. When I asked for my money back he said he did not have any money and would give me a tax receipt on his letterhead. I have a written apology from him.
