Even though they were extremely busy they made time for me around 6:00PM on a Saturday night.

I called first thing monday morning. They already had several jobs lined up for that day but were still going to try and make it out Monday afternoon. Because of my work schedule, we decided on Tuesday at 12:00. He called 30 min in advance on Tuesday and showed up on time. My septic system backed up over the weekend and he explained to me that my tank had not been pumped in quite some time. He also showed me that I had some issues with my septic system. He was very honest about the fact that I would still continue to have problems after they pumped my tank but to just give him a call. He quoted me a very FAIR price to fix the problem with my drain field. I will definitely call him back to do the repairs.

It went great...I called them at about 4:30-4:45 on that Thursday afternoon, told them what I needed. The young man that answered the phone asked when I wanted them to come out, I asked when could they come out, he said how about now? I said and quot;come onand quot;. Quoted a price and stuck to it once their guy was done. I will recommend them to anyone.

It went pretty good. I ever had any trouble with them. The last time they came, they had dug up the wrong part so they had to redig. They didn't charge us extra for this.

Water would not exit the house. We checked the septic tank ourselves and found it full. It had been pumped a year earlier so we assumed the drain field was clogged. We called Taylors and they had Steven come to check it out. He looked over everything and asked some questions. He said given the age of the system that it was most likely the field drain that was the problem. We would need to wait at minimum of 72 hours for the utility services to mark their lines before he could do any digging. I told Steven that none of the plumbing was working in the house and that we had a family member that can not go to a hotel because of medical devices in the home. Steven called the office and had a pumper truck sent to our address within a couple of hours. The pumper truck driver told us that they were booked solid for the day but they managed to squeeze us in because we could not go to a hotel. The emptied septic tank allowed us to function in the house for a few days while we waited for the utility markings. Once the lines were marked by pups, Taylors came out and replaced the drain field. We were very pleased with Taylors.

We found them on Angie's List. He flushed a few toilets, that's about it. We chose them because of their reviews.
