 + -1 moreThis turned out to be quite an adventure. Upon beginning excavation, it was discovered that our builder had buried several tons of debris in two locations in our backyard. Cannonball pools worked with us over an extended period to correct the fiasco, getting the situation corrected and installing our pool and retaining wall. They were patient, supportive, professional and wonderful to work with. It turned out beautifully and I highly recommend Cannonball pools!

Description of Work: Trey Boseman and company installed a large fiberglass pool at our new house. They were quick, efficient and very professional. The pool area looks amazing and we are very pleased with the outcome. We would definitely use Cannonball pools again; however, I think one pool is enough.

concrete repair, pool cleaners
 + 0 moreConcrete coping around pool has started to crack,crumble & fall into the pool just a few months after the install.Several other areas in concrete have developed cracks as well..Contractor states this is normal. Also have problems with water feature jet not flowing into the pool properly.

Description of Work: We are in the process of having a pool and retaining wall installed. We got several proposals but were most impressed with Trey, Frank and their team. They are knowledgeable, professional and very proactive. They have been great to work with. |Our pool is 18' x 43' and I'll update after the installation is complete.

 + -1 moreTrey told me that from start to finish it would take no longer than two weeks and that they'd probably have it done in a week depending on weather. We had one day lost due to not being able to pour concrete because of rain. The job was started on Monday. They dug the hole starting Monday morning and put the pool in at about 11am. After a few truckloads of sand for backfill, the pool portion was complete on Wed. The electrician came out Wed to run the electricity to the pump and an extra recepticle. Trey came out again Thurs day to show me how to use all of the equipment. The concrete was poured on Saturday and they came back on Monday to wash off the sides of the pool and clean up the concrete frames.
Description of Work: After considering other types of pools, i determined that fiberglass was the best way to go for me. I had a couple estimates done and it was an easy choice to go with Cannonball Pools. Trey was very easy to work with and made sure that i was completely satisfied with my purchase. The pool i bought was the same size as one i got quoted for from Alaglass Pools and ended up spending about $4K less!! Not to mention, got more concrete around the pool than was quoted for by Alaglass, so that would've been more as well. I highly recommend using Cannonball Pools if you're thinking about putting an in-ground pool in your yard!!
