Edward arrived exactly on time, was very polite and listened to understand what I was wanted to do and we worked in tandem to get it done. The outcome was exactly what I was hoping for as I added some step to make the shelves a little more neat looking and offer additional support. As offered they are Handyman service and experienced in several areas. I would definitely call on them again for small jobs around my home.

The two guys who came to do the work declined using the hinge templates I had purchased to cut the space for the hinges, instead opting to "free hand" the cuts. They did a TERRIBLE job - look at the pictures attached. The hinges do not line up, the doors do not close properly, and the cuts are too deep or too shallow. Additionally, they put a hole in one of the doors and tried to make it better by patching it with wood putty. The owner agreed to refund my money after I sent her pictures of the terrible quality of work - the doors are ruined. HOWEVER, since Angie's List will not refund to her the portion of the payment that they kept, she will not refund my full amount. I am getting only at 65% refund from the owner. Angie's List is refusing to refund to me the 35% they kept. I have to pay to replace the doors because her workers ruined them. These were BRAND NEW DOORS prior to these guys destroying them. I cannot say enough about how disappointed I am that I ever trusted Angie's List or All Purpose Crew.

They did a good job.

Was told I would get a check in the mail for a refund and it was never received.

The work they provided me with was not great. They replaced the old tiles (smaller) ones with bigger tile (18x18) and they also was to replace the toilet. The work was very sloppy the tile behind the toilet still isn't complete and they came back several times to clean the grout from around the tube and the door in the bathroom. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The light bulb continues to blink..I cannot climb a ladder d/t health problems, the lock on the front door was installed..but you cannot use it....it was placed too low & interferes with the handle of the storm door..had to get another service to correct the error. Very dissatisfied.

They were on time. Worked steady. Very good manners. Understood everything I needed done.

The service was good. The service was great. The only thing I remember about them was that one guy had a man-bun and it was really ugly.

They do everything, but I don’t think they are competent. I don’t think they should take on anything. They can do simple things, but for more structural things, I don’t think they are competent. Even the first time, not having the right people and not having the know how. For other things that they can do, like yard work or whatever, ok, but anything like electrical, they can't do that. They don't have the know how or the man power. They messed up my wall. Anything remodeling that they say they can do, you have to mark out. The quality of the work was so bad. I try to be as fair as I can. What it is you tell me you are going to do and what you can do, they are not up to par. When you come in, you should know what you are going to do. I was just like "just go" at the end. Held my job up for all the walls, because they were waiting on they guy they work for. He was late. He was just annoying. I would never use them again. I've just been kind.

Had to come back the next day to put another coat of paint on the walls. The provider spilled blue paint in one of the bedrooms. They were supposed to come out last week and then this week to steam clean the carpet and get the paint out. The provider said they were too busy. Need to get the carpet cleaned and get the paint out of the carpet. This will cost me some money. I would like to be reimbursed for the $179.00 and also the cost of the steam cleaning that still needs to be done.

Great. Took apart rusted pergola for me in addition to painting. Very polite and pleasant. Hard worker.

Purchased coupon for 8 hours of handyman services. All work completed to my satisfaction in just over 4 hours. Excellent work.
