I met with Ken Early at his showroom where he explained the different system components that could be installed and the cost of each. I decided on the components I wanted installed and we scheduled installation for the next Friday at my request. Installation went great and the installers were on time and courteous. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves as they drilled holes in the walls and ceilings to install and route the wiring to a control panel. They installed the system, tested it, and explained the operation of the system in a couple of hours. After installation, I received 3 false alarms from the motion sensor within a matter of 24 hours. I contacted A1 and they came out on Sunday to install a new sensor that worked much better. There were no more false alarms. The system even sends a message to the monitoring system when the battery backup is getting low if your power is out for a while for some reason. Very pleased with the whole process.
