They did an excellent job and they did a rush job for me because I need to take my lawn mower to Florida.

Pretty good service there. Price is reasonable, service is pretty good. It's a big company, they have several locations. I've had 2 push mowers repaired there and 1 riding tractor. It's only a mile from where I live; I will use them again.

I  wasn't happy with them at all. They definitely need to improve everything because I had them not only do some work on a lawn mower, I tried to be fair to give them a chance. When I brought it to their attention that they really hadn't done anything, they took it back for a couple of hours and got it going but as soon as I got back home and tried to use it, the belt  tore up instantly. The lawn mower was basically almost brand new and I spent more in their servicing than I paid for the lawn mower. I bought it for about $125  and then after taking it to them, I had to pay $200 just for them to change blades and do some carburetor work.

The staffs are friendly and professional. They are not very prompt. They take their own time and do not work fast. I have been using them for a lot of years and they always have good parts. If they don't have the parts, they can order them quick. They are knowledgeable and willing to help you out. They only do exactly what you tell them to do and they are convenient.

We purchased a tiller from a-z because they told us if we purchased equipment from them and needed a repair, we would have top priority.  Well, we bought a husquavarna and have had a lot of trouble with it.  We farm for a living so equipment is very important to us.   My husband took the tiller in around the first week of November for repairs and we still don't have it back.

When my husband called to check on it, he was told one story, when I called I was told something else. 

These people really don't care about their customers and I won't be using them anymore.
