 + 0 moreHe came out when he said he would. My experience with him was very good so far and I would recommend him. He was timely and his estimate was fair. He was very professional looking. We had a lovely oyster roast by the fountain for Easter.
Description of Work: Justin Starnes from South Carolina Earthworks gave me an estimate for water landscaping. It is a pool around a large iron fountain that needed repair. He removed large amounts of submerged water plants that had grown out of control, cleaned the fountain, replaced the fountain motor, repaired the electrical switch, buried and grounded the electrical cord, since I had not pre-bought flowering plants, instructed me on purchasing flowers to sit around the fountain . He then pruned and removed dead branches on the bushes and trees surrounding the fountain, cleared the ground of all winter debris, the area looked lovely
