 + -1 moreJustine worked for us for more that a year and a half. She was very attentive to detail, punctual and pleasant. The work suffered when she brought in others to help during her short maternity leave. She came back after her leave and everything was back to normal. Suddenly she stopped showing up and didn't answer texts or calls. We found out later she temporarily left town and knew well in advance that she was doing so. Very unprofessional. 1 month later and still no word. Not trustworthy!

Description of Work: My overall experience with Ms. Justine Jones/Midlands Maids is very good. Ms. Jones was the first person to answer my request for house cleaning services. Justine is very friendly, professional, efficient and accommodating. She is always on time in coming to clean and her price for cleaning is reasonable. I plan to continue to use her services.
