"I am very sorry that [member name removed] was unhappy with the clean, I only wish she would have called and let me know. I would have returned and fixed any problems that she thought was there. She did receive a deep clean. I went to [member name removed] on 2 different occasions and the most recent she actually had construction people working downstairs next to kitchen, so if there was dust left from them that is out of my control. I did leave before construction crew so it's possible. And I also made it known that I do not move big pieces of furniture around due to insurance reasons. Again I apologize for any confusion on what she thought she was receiving from my cleaning service."
