I have been without a refrigerator for almost 2 months. Owner was contracted through our home warranty company, August 26th. The parts were sent to him first part of September. He has yet to come out and service my refrigerator. The home warranty company has reached out to him, as well as myself with ZERO luck! He scheduled an appointment today with 11-2 window. Have yet to hear from him. No call. No show. Extremely unprofessional!!!

He was able to get the right part. Did an extensive repair. Did it in a very good price.

He came on time. Very professional. Checked out the refrigerator and found the problem quickly. I needed a new part which he ordered right away and told me it would take about three days to get it. The part came in and he promptly came back and put it in. I would definitely use this company again.

This J. Booker was referred by us from our Home Warranty Company.  The first time he showed up 2hrs late.  A whole day was wasted waiting on this guy who did not show up when he was suppose too! Once he arrived he sat in our driveway for about an hour on his cell phone.  He finally came inside and spent about 10 minutes and said he will order a part for us.  He informed us to meanwhile just use a heat gun to defrost the coils and that should help.  We thought well ok great! It took numerous text messages (because he does not like to talk on the phone), for us to find out if the part was in.  He finally told us yes and he could come out Friday.  We are very patient people, so we continued defrosting daily, so our refigerated items would not go bad. We waited all day Friday and he never showed up. He then texted that he had a family emergency and he could not come.  We are epathectic people, so we defrosted all weekend.  Once again we had to text him to find out when he could come back out, we agreed on Monday. We rearranged our schedules and he never came during the hours he said he would. Yes, once again we texted him and asked him what time he is coming, it is now past the time frame already.  He told us closer to 5pm now.  Well, 6:30 came along and guess what...you got it...NO phone call, NO text message and a NO-show!! We contacted our home warranty people and they are sending us a new tech.  Meanwhile, we will still have to defrost daily and start the whole process over again.  This was crazy!! So yes this company is an F all around!! How about some work ethics j-tech appliance !! We sill NEVER use this company and we will be sure to tell all of our contacts WHO we do NOT recommend!!

This is the second time we have used J Tech Appliance. The first time was a few months ago when we moved into our house and the dishwasher wouldn't drain properly. He came in, knew what the problem was, fixed it immediately. This time my ovens were not heating properly so we again called J Tech. He was out the next day and at the time he said he would arrive. He again came in, knew what the problem was and fixed it right away. We will use him every time we have appliance problems!
