He was super punctual. We had a lot of non-plum lines in the construction. Two closets measure differently. Closets were not completed. We asked that he put baseboards down in the main area and he would not return. The bathroom baseboard was done very poorly. Trim pieces were left questionably. A pipe left leaking and he refused to return to fix. The home inspector said it appeared never to be glued because there was no purple cleaner on the pipe. He was asked to return several times and he refused. We spent quite a bit of money removing trim pieces and replacing. We needed doors on attic openings, never got. We asked for completion on several items and he refused to return. We paid him kindly, heavily and any time he asked for money. He did not show you his expenses that we were paying for. We would not recommend this person unless you have no other choices only because he would not return. He was kind to us and we to him, we really liked him personally, but we could not understand his reasons for not returning to complete or repairing his mistakes. Another customer/acquantance reported to us the same experience of non-return. We paid another carpenter to give us a completed project and to straighten out what could be repaired. Another plumber was hired to fix the plumbing leak who stated that they plumbing T was not installed according to code.
Description of Work: He did tile work, sheetrock installation, wooden ceiling install, trim and new plumbing.
