They arrived on time and cleaned up the space. They did a great job. Would hire them again.

Their team of workers were polite and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently and removed the tree without any damage to anything else. Due to the size of the tree, the cleanup was completed later. The guys did an excellent, complete cleanup and except for the stump you would have never known a huge tree had been removed. The stump was ground later that week. We were extremely pleased with this company and would hire them again.

re, I should have some other trees removed as well. The main reason I hired these guys was because I had a large Bradford pear above my water well, and I needed it removed. I considered just having the beaches on one side of the tree removed, and I feel that they did give me good advice in telling me just to remove the one tree entirely. I felt that as long as I had them here I should go ahead and have some other trees removed as well. I was told they would save the oak and cut it into 18 inch logs that I could then use for firewood. We also agreed on a price for stump removals.
Here are the issues I have with their service:
1) There was very poor communication between the man that gave me the estimate and the guys that came to do the work.
2) The tree I needed removed first was removed last, so I went several days longer than necessary without water.
3) Very little firewood was left behind, and the mulch they produced was given to my neighbor without me being asked if I wanted it. Most of the 4-6 inch branches of oak could have been firewood, but instead was ground up and given to my neighbor.
4) The 2 foot wide well cap was broken during the tree removal, but there was no admission that this occurred. JB did eventually replace it for me after multiple texts and about a two month wait.
5) I could never get the stumps removed for the price we originally agreed upon. It turns out it was a subcontractor that was to do the work, and the best the company would do was to give me the name and phone number of the subcontractor, and I was to contact him myself. Unfortunately he never returned any of my phone calls, so the stumps were never removed.
6) The crew did not return on the second day when they said they would. They were sent to another job first, thus delaying my ability to get my well pump replaced by several more days.
I will say that the the trees were removed and I was left with a small pile of a few oak logs that were 12-18 inches in diameter. The company did offer to give me some wood chips they had at their office, if I really needed wood chips. The guys that did the work were courteous and professional.

Very personable. It's two young guys that take care of you. They do what they say they're going to do and just do a great job. We had them come out to take down 1 tree and have also had them clear some property for us. Now the property looks great, more maintained than wild like.

They gave an estimate for the work and they charged within that estimate. They cleaned up after themselves. They were professional. They came with the right equipment and knew exactly what needed to be done.

They were great. Every time line they gave me, they met. He was very forth coming with information and he was very reliable. They brought all their equipment and did the job right there. It took about a week, maybe a little longer. The crew that came was professional in every aspect, and were conscientious of my small children and where they were.

The company showed up on time and they had a lot of work to do and made it look pretty easy. It took them 2 days to take down the 8 trees. Two of them were great big Oak trees and they made them look very good. They cleaned up very well when they were done.
