Foothills Construction And Development

I contacted Clay Spencer, owner of Foothills Construction, to contruct a living quarters inside of a steel building I was constructing (I know it' sounds weird, but that's what I was doing).  I provided Clay with my plans and he promptly sent me a bid, which I accepted.  Clay wasted no time.  He quickly obtained the required permits and intoduced me to all of his major sub-contractors.  They were all highly professional and experienced.  The project was particularly nerve-racking for me because I live in a different state, and as a result, was not present for much of the construction.  Clay kept me updated each day.  He had amazing suggestions for improving the project.  It became readily apparent that he knew what he was doing.  The end result far exceeded my expectations - it's amazing what he did.  He is trustworthy and reliable, and I when I build a house next to my steel building - I want him to build it.
