Randy got me the quote quickly and the price was good. I also need to have two unused chimneys taken down to roofline. I mentioned that and he mentioned that he had the ability to do masonry work as well. So I had him replace the roof and the chimneys brought to the roofline. They looked fine until I noticed on the chimney on the side of the house, has brick that is exposed and open to element. When I asked about it being open (though the eave of the house overhangs) and whether the masonry work rendered not include closing that area off and he stated it did not. He offered to come and look at it and quote closing it but I would rather wash my hands of it now and let someone else cap it or close it as there was no expectation set that I would be left with an exposed chimney. That one experience soured my overall experience. The roof is great though but masonry work- bypass or ask what all is entailed so you don't get surprised. My work was completed in December 2019.
