Mark Lail Plumbing & Repair

I would never want to have anything to do with him, and would never hire him. I am a single mom, and have a small salary. Any good person who used my water and then the pipe busted would have helped me pay. It was $180.00 charged to me by his son!!! Think about using these people. They took advantage of me.

Mark Lail was recommended by neighbors and I found him on Angies List as well. Mark arrived on time (morning request).
I had a bathtub faucet handle that came off the stem and could not be refastened. Mark found a handle screw that dropped into the assembly and with a lot of tenacity retrieved the screw and reassembled the faucet. He also tightened the other faucet and noted the stem was worn and suggested that I call Moen for a warranty replacement.
Mark agreed to be on the call with the vendor and described the situation and Moen agreed to provide two new handles and necessary harware at no cost to replace the worn ones. I will get Mark to install them when they arrive.
Additionally, I had Mark look at a single handle shower assembly that was loose in another bathroom. Mark removed the device and tightened it up and now it is in good working order again.
On the side, I aske Mark about a basement sump pump and he provided some good information and advise.

He is very dependable, he is very good at his profession, I think his prices are very comparative to some of the other plumbers in the area and if you have an emergency he can work you in or he will try and stop by and help you.
