Joel and team installed two Trane systems, replacing two units original with the house. From our first interaction with Joel, he was thorough in explaining how he would address our challenges. He gave me multiple options, and gave me his best professional advice. I did not feel like he was steering us one way or another. Joel gave me his very best price right out of the gate, which ended up being very reasonable. I asked Joel if he could install everything in one day, and so he sent an army of people and made sure both units would be installed that day. Both were installed by the end of the day! We had one small issue, and I'm not kidding -- Joel and his team relentlessly pursued it until it was resolved to our satisfaction. I really feel like not only did I pick the right company, but I feel like I picked the right person (Joel). He was a consummate professional and a true gentleman. Great to work with, and I HIGHLY recommend!
