Rick Hood, owner, was professional courteous and present on the job from start to finish. They cleaned up after their work and it looked like they were never here. Fair pricing and excellent communication from start to finish. Demonstrated pride in their craft from beginning to end. Did a great job in matching the new brick to the old brick. They are identical. This took some time and effort but Rick was committed to doing it right. Rick took time to review the scope of work and detailed quotation. He made an effort to keep me informed of their progress and their expectation for completing the work.
