We have used Jerry in the past and he was always very responsive and helped us with gutter guards.  Due to a very wind spring, we had a lot of tree material on our roof and back patio and since my husband just had shoulder surgery we called Jerry back for help.  Due to some personal issues, he didn't respond as quickly as before and forgot his first appointment.  But, he made good on his promise and did a great job clearing all of the debris.

After heavy amounts of rain, we noticed that our one gutter was starting to come away from the house.  It was a Sunday, so we thought we would leave a message to get a call first thing Monday.  Jerry actually answered the phone and came out to the house to look over the job!  We agreed on a price and he came over Monday, installed the gutter guards, made sure the gutters were properly attached, etc.  We were throughly satisfied with his price, performance and professional conduct.  What a great person to do business with!
