In the 2yrs I have dealt with Frank and his staff they have always been professional and very kind. They always get back to me quickly and take care of any issue in a timely manner. I would definitely describe Frank as “good people”. As someone who is a tenet now and has been a landlord in the past I would highly recommend working with Frank and his team in any capacity.

I am extremely pleased with all of the services provided by this firm including tenant selection and screening; property maintenance, rental collection and payment to owner; annual accounting and ongoing communication and updates provided to the owner. Foresight makes ownership nearly carefree for the owner. I have owned rental property for 10 years and I have worked with 2 other property management firms in the past. Foresight Properties more than exceeds our expectations and their responsiveness and professionalism far exceeds other firms I have worked with in the past. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm to others who need this type of service.

We have been using Foresight for several months and it has been great. They have been very responsive and have always paid us on-time or early every month. They did an excellent job at screening qualified tenants and we have had no issues with continued service.

The team at Foresight have been amazing as I have been using them for years now. I couldn't imagine ever leaving them. I have used multiple property management companies and none ever compare! Don't do what I did with wasting time trying to find the right services for your rental units. These guys get it done!
Efficient with finding renters and getting things fixed throughout the properties. They are great at contacting me when needed as well. There online services help you keep track if there is ever a question with payments, expenses and repairs.

Frank assisted us with prepping our home for the rental market. He coordinated carpet cleaners, took photos and listed our home for rent. Within the first week, we had a showing and application made on our home for rent. He answered all of our questions with ease and walked us through the process step by step. The tenants moved in and we have been paid each month on time. Frank collects the rent and is the contact person for the tenant so that we do not have to do anything. It has been wonderful!!

James was great! Every time I call he answers or returns my calls promptly. You feel that he truly cares about your situation and does everything necessary to help in a quick time frame with the utmost professionalism. He found a tenant for my grandmothers condo within 2 weeks and also negotiated a great price for contract repairs. I now tell everyone I know to call Foresight if you need a property manager.

I contacted James in mid-November to list my property.  He met my father as I no longer live in Charlotte and they walked through the property.  He told me the property was priced aggressively and couldn't understand why it had gotten no interest since its original listing in August.  I immediately provided the required 30 days notice to my previous property manager and James agreed to wait until mid-December to list the property with Foresight.  
Within a week James had lined up three showings and within two weeks we had two qualified tenants.  They moved in in early January and so far, so good.  There was an issue with a leak in my refrigerator.  James contacted me as soon as he heard of the problem from the tenants, lined up a repairman, and by the end of the work week had secured a $95 repair.  I am very happy with the service James and Foresight have provided so far.  
From my experience, my recommendation for others using Angie's List is to make sure that businesses have RECENT reviews on Angie's List.  Even if they have great reviews, good companies can quickly go downhill.  James and his team have great reviews and they're all fairly recent.

Frank has been great to work with.  Very punctual and responsive.  My house needed a lot of renovations before I could put it up for rent.  Frank has been VERY helpful and discussing what he thought needed to be done, looking at it from a business/cost perspective, and bringing in contractors he has worked with before and gave a very good prices.  I ended up spending around $8500 in renovations (trust me it needed it) but was thrilled when he had it rented within a month after it was on the market.  I know some of that is timing I was EXTREMELY pleased.

On top of that Frank is very responsive to emails and questions.  Also within the first month the AC had an issue and Frank handled it all including scheduling the vendor and just deducted the cost from the rent check.  I never had to do anything and it was all extremely easy.

I feel like I have received very good service from Frank and recommend him to anyone.

I called Foresight and left a message with their office.  I was contacted the next day and they were at my condo within a couple of days to look at the property.  They were easy to get in touch with as far as when they could come and have a look.  Our initial meeting went very well and considering that the other rental management company I had left a message with had not even gotten back to me yet, I decided to go ahead and go with Foresight.

Within a couple of weeks I needed to move out and relocate.  They came back the day before I left to put up a sign in the window and go over the paperwork with me one last time.  The day after I moved out they had already arranged to have the place cleaned and the paint touched up all at a reasonable cost (they don't charge on top of what the 3rd party charges).  By the next weekend they had already shown the place to several people and within a 3 weeks had found good candidates who have moved in at this point.  They kept me very informed throughout the process and feel very at ease doing business with them.  I would highly recommend them.

James is extremely organized, professional, and thorough. He is always available to answer questions and concerns. My emails, telephone calls, and texts are answered quickly. I learn something about the property management industry every time I talk to him. He is a wealth of knowledge and is more than willing to share. I will use him for our next vacancy for sure.

I cannot say enough good things about Frank, his work ethics and service are exceptional.  From the vey beginning of my work with Frank he has been extremely responsive.  I was amazed at how quickly he was able to find a tenant for my property, and how much he looked out for my best interest.  Frank also helped to secure a tenant for my fiancé's condo, and again the experience was stellar.  I would definitely recommend Frank and his company if you need to have your property managed.

Frank did a really amazing job for us.  He ended up renting our home for exactly what he quoted us within 5 days of listing the home.  We could not be more pleased with our experience with Frank, and we would highly recommend him to anyone.

I was referred to Frank Tamberelli at Foresight Property Solutions by a neighbor.  From the beginning, Frank was professional, knowledgeable and efficient.  He gave me the information I needed to start the rental process.  His team showed my property a number of times, screened all the interested applicants, and after performing background and reference checks, he presented me with two choices of potential tenants so that I could make the final decision.  She has turned out to be a great tenant!  Frank performed a property inspection after 6 months and found that it was in excellent condition and that the tenant was happy.  If I have any questions, I email Frank and he responds immediately.  Their fees are very reasonable and well worth the investment.  This is an extremely reliable and professional company and I would highly recommend Foresight.
