Two D Tree Service

They showed up on time, trimmed the trees, and removed two trees. Josh said he was having a guy come the next Thursday to grind the stumps, and he was going to remove the debris from the side of the yard. We also decided that day that we wanted shrubs removed (he said he could also do that Thursday) . On 7/14/21, we get a text that his equipment broke and he could come out on 7/16 at 8am, but his guy would be out to remove the stumps on 7/15/21. His guy never showed up, I asked Josh what was going on, and the last word I got was that he would call him. No word back from Josh, no reply to text messages and we could not leave a message because the mailbox was not set up. Our mistake was that we paid him cash in advance. We do have receipts that show paid and when work would be completed. He took our money without completing the job. Our mistake... don't let it be yours. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!
