Woodboys did an excellent job repairing my entire home from joists to subfloor to my new LVP. Woodboys may be a small family owned business, but they give 100% to make sure the job is done right. Christopher was right there from beginning to end, even helping out the installers if needed. The installers Robbie and his sons Ryan and Brad were very professional and very personal to my needs while my home was in shambles. Would highly recommend Woodboys for your flooring needs. I have only glowing comments about Wooboys, their installers, and their products. This is the second job we've contracted with them for, and I really couldn't ask for a higher level of professionalism. Chris and the other WB staff are a joy to work with. From the initial phone call with Ashley to schedule an estimate to the end of the job, it is clear that communication and customer satisfaction are the priorities with this company. I was made to feel that we were their most important client. The only negative was about a six week wait for materials due to Covid, but they were upfront about this with us. The installation crew, Simons Flooring, were wonderful to work with as well. They were punctual and personable, did a beautiful job, and actually finished ahead of schedule. We now have beautiful floors!

I can't say enough how much I love my floors. Woodboys did an awesome job. They were very reasonable in pricing We had a few other bids and they were about $20.00 difference. The reason we decided to go with Woodboys was simply the first conversation I had when I called requested a quote. Robin was so friendly and easy to talk with. They were on-time and very professional. They put 4 different stain colors on my floor to help us decide what color to choose. I had a small issue with a few of the inset register's and when I called they were out within a couple of hours (and I live in the country). I would highly recommend this company. I don't usually leave a review for anything but if you are looking for a great company to do your floors I would give them a call.

They did an excellent job and got it done in two days. They matched everything up perfectly and cleaned everything up when they were done. They even came back to fix a color right away and we would highly recommend them. We would definitely hire them again.

Woodboys came out and provided a detail quote for the cost of removal of old carpet, prep and installation of new wood flooring. The representative provided a sample of the new flooring to make sure it matched existing flooring. I couldn't have asked for a closer match, since the existing flooring was 11 years old. The installer contacted me the day before to confirm his arrival time on the installation day. He arrived as stated fully prepared to commence work. His team was very professional. They had the new floor installed in about three hours. They installed floor molding and cleaned up the room and gave instructions on taking care of the new flooring. I would highly recommend Woodboys for anyone's flooring needs and plan to use them in the future

The process from start to finish was great - no hiccups! The price was competitive, and the quality of the solid hardwood was exceptional. The installers arrived on time, took no breaks, and cleaned up after themselves. Overall it was a great experience and our new floors look fabulous!

We went into the show room and grabbed four different samples. They had 2x2 foot squares instead of the small squared which are usually given . Once he found what we wanted we called and they had their measuring guy come out and measure everything. Wood came in two weeks earlier than the installers. It was a very smooth process. I would recommend them.

It was wonderful. Everything went smooth. They came when they said they were gonna come. After the job was finished, there's a little issue but the contractor came back and immediately fix it. This was by far the most professional job that we had and there's no pressure.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the work that Woodboys did in my home. I had them install new stairs and flooring in my upstairs to match my existing downstairs flooring. Their salesman was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to identify my existing hardwood flooring that was already installed throughout my downstairs. The installers were very meticulous. I would definitely recommend!

Stay away from Woodboys. They do not stand behind their products. Initially it went fine. Their installers were top-notch and this review does not reflect the work that they did. They are more expensive than others but we went with them due to other reviews and because of the supposed Christian witness on their website. We purchased a floor from them that was supposed to be one of the most durable they carry. After a short while the floor began to show extreme wear in our higher traffic areas and especially under our dining room table. We are not pain in the neck perfectionists finding fault with every little thing. Our floor is a disaster and an embarrassment. The pictures are a small example of the extent of the floor damage. Throughout whole area from the door through our living area the finish has worn out. Even cracking in one spot. We went to Woodboys and was sent a so called 'independent inspector". He produced a report that was an absolute fabrication. Citing excuses such as the wear was a result of: (1) my mother in law's wheelchair, even though he was told that she almost never leaves her room (where there is no wear), and does not go in the affected areas, and (2) dust under the pads on the table. Those pad are cleaned frequently and replaced often, and (3) dog nails. My wife trims the dogs nails herself with a dremel, and (4) sand. Our floor is vacuumed often and cleaned with a cleaner, etc. Then Christopher came to my home and proceeded to do the same thing, offering one absurd unsubstantiated excuse after another. Then they sent a piece of the floor to be tested. Then not a word for "four months". Shaw, who is the company that owns Anderson who made the flooring, has a long history including 75 BBB complaints for not excepting culpability for it's products, of course said there is nothing wrong with the floor. Woodboys states that evidently normal household dirt and any dog ownership constitutes abuse. Now, Woodboys is hiding behind that report, so that they are not liable for the floor that THEY sold us. They do not stand behind what they sell.

"Mr. [Member Name Removed] flooring was installed in September 2012. In late 2015, he notified us that there was wearing and scratching of the flooring finish. Our sales rep visited his home and found no defect but at the customer's request notified the manufacturer who sent an independent certified flooring inspector to evaluate the issue. The wearing/scratching of the finish was observed around dining table and in traffic/pivot areas. The customer's mother is in a wheel chair and the inspector noted that since only a small area of the wheel is actually touching the floor it generates hundreds of pounds per square inch which over time wear away the finish especially in pivot areas. Based on testing and observations the inspector found no evidence to conclude the issues are manufacturing or installation related. The inspector stated the issues were the result of improper maintenance of floor protectors. The customer was still unconvinced so we sent a sample of his uninstalled floor to Shaw to have the finish tested. The adhesion test determined that there was no defect in the finish. We have exhausted all options in this matter. The issues are not related to any defect with the flooring or installation."
