"[Member Name Removed], I apologize for the poor performance of your product. I must admit I was surprised to see your review. We are new to angies list and I never knew this was out there. If memory serves me correctly, we installed a painted white poplar vanity in your home. I believe at the time this was purchased, it was a relatively new wood species (poplar) used by the manufacturer to reduce product costs. They traditionally would only paint maple, but started using the softer poplar to offer a less expensive alternative coming out of the recession. Some of the earliest production runs made it through the QA process easily, but the edges of the doors continued to absorb the paint. The manufacturer fixed the problem as soon as it became known by double spraying all end grain to seal it and then sending it through the line again. We have installed hundreds of cabinets in this same species and finish with virtually no issues. as for the toe kick, that is a cut to fit item and the raw edge should have been painted to match during installation, that is our mistake. I would like the opportunity to see if I can get this issue resolved for you, but will need to retrieve the original shipping documents from our archived records. If you could call me at the office at your earliest convenience, I would like to come by to take some pictures of the issues to submit to my Manufacturers rep. Thank you, John Silvia"
