Wayne's Real Estate Repair

Turns out the exact same repairs that Wayne was paid to fix (and provided receipts for) were not completed. That means he was paid for work that he didn't do.. And that we had to pay for them to be completed again. When approached with this complaint, he refused to reimburse us for the repairs that he was paid for and never did. We even had two inspection reports (one from a year ago that identified the repairs needed, and one from this year also identifying the same repairs) and the receipt claiming he completed them. I'm disgusted by the lack of professionalism and lack of integrity that he has shown. All he needed to do to rectify the situation is pay us the $350. Instead, he has refused to correct his wrong in any way. He should not be trusted with your money. This was his response to our realtor who approached him about the subject: "After reviewing your message and talking to my lawyer, at this point she said that I'm know longer obligated to do anything. Therefore I want be giving your client money." Do not trust Wayne's Real Estate Repair.

He was on time, did excellent work and completed all projects professionally.

The jobs were done professionally. We couldn't have been more pleased!

Overall, it went very well - no real problems that were the fault of the contractor (the first window they ordered for us showed up with a crack in it, but that wasn't his fault!). I appreciated that he was willing to do the job for us - we were selling our home and needed to have this fixed, and none of the big-box stores were willing to come out for just one window. The price shown was 50% labor and 50% materials. This was a job on a 3rd floor exterior window, so it was not a simple job!
We also had him do a few minor repairs that were noted on our home inspection, and the price for those was very reasonable.

Wayne came out to my house and gave an estimate for two areas that had been damaged by rodents. He repaired both areas. It looked real good. I am so pleased that he was able to repair and keep the price low! Thanks Wayne.

Wayne came with two helpers and did a very nice job on all repairs. He was able to undo some poor work started by a prior handyman and the repairs ended up looking fabulous. Wayne was very personable and did a good job for a very fair price. I would use him again and recommend him to anyone needing handyman services.

After a bad experience with a previous handyman, I searched through Angie's List and found Wayne's Real Estate Repair, who had excellent reviews. I contacted Wayne and was very impressed with his knowledge and experience. He conducted an estimate a few days later and his price was very reasonable. He was honest and very personable. The tenant was very comfortable with Wayne (owner of Wayne's Real Estate Repair) and all jobs were done very professionally. The tenant sent pictures and Wayne did all the jobs with great results. I really like that Wayne will always answer his cell phone either during working hours and even after working hours. If I left a voice mail, he would call me back as soon as possible. Wayne does quality work at a reasonable price and I will certainly hire him again for future jobs to our property. I strongly recommend this company!

Once again Wayne came in and repaired our fence. Very good job. Never seems to amaze me every time I hire him what a professional person he and his crew are. Always arrives on time and his prices are good. My fence came out so good. Another job well done; took him two days to complete the work. He built my gates from scratch. Also clean up after himself. Well done Wayne very pleased.

Pantry turned ou very well I am very please with the job he did would highly recommend him and will defenitaly use him again.

He replaced a wax seal on our toilet. Took him about 45 minutes. He cleaned up after himself and charged a reasonable fee. We liked him so well that hired him again to do some dry wall and painting
He arrived very promptly. He patched, replaced dry wall and shot pop corn on the ceilings of three rooms the first day. (took about five hours) We waited a few days to allow ceiling to dry. The next day he painted the ceilings of three rooms and the walls of one room.
He and his crew were courteous and cheerful. They tented, masked and moved furniture with no damage. The job was beautifly done and the clean up was perfect. We are going to hire him again for more work

Good service delivered in a timely manner. Owner wants to see his customers happy with their service.

Wayne was very knowledgeable and helpful-he was upfront with the potential cost, and even showed me the shoddy craftsmanship that landed me in this mess! He was thorough in remedying the situation, but efficient. I feel confident that we will never have to worry about it again! Recommend Highly!!

He worked well with me to find a low cost solution to my problem. He was very open to ideas and eager to complete the job. He showed up on time and worked lengthy hours until the job was complete. I have called on Wayne for many odd jobs around this house and now I don't even bother getting any other quotes. I know that he will quote me a fair price for the job and it will be done right.

He is very honest, dependable and trustworthy. He is hard working. He did a good job and his price was reasonable.
