They were supposed to do a move out for a rental unit that was to be cleaned and painted. I had a manager meet with a client, and they saw the unit. When they came back into town from out of state, they went to the property with the manager and everyone was appalled at what happened. There was paint on the doorknobs, carpet and ceiling. We cleaned what we could, and reversed the doorknobs so if they were in a closet, the side with paint would be on the inside. The carpets had to be hand scrubbed to get the paint off of the carpeting. I gave them the opportunity to come back and fix the problems they created; they back peddled and did not do anything to help me. The woman, Carla, when I initially called them, became very defensive when I asked her questions about references and a lack of a web presence. Since then, I have had this place entirely repainted and cleaned.
