As of this date (3/27/15) I am still waiting to hear back from them on reprogramming the 4 sensors. Seems they didn't have the correct tool for Toyota. I provided a link to a Youtube video that stated which programming tools are compatible with Toyota. Not the best customer relations. I even had a call back from the technician on January 27th that he would even come by my house, pick up my vehicle and perform the programming once they had the correct tool. Even the crickets have stopped chirping.
UPDATE: I was contacted by Tupperway on 3/30/15 and they wanted to make things right. It took me a while to get back to have the relearn accomplished due to work schedules and all is well. I have upgraded all marks to B.

WHAT HAPPENED: My son was driving my Tahoe while his vehicle is in the shop. ( a different shop) On his way to work he hit a curb at approx 45 mph to avoid rear-ending someone who cut him off in traffic and then slammed on their breaks. He works in Ladson, I am not familiar with that area but I came and picked up my Tahoe to hurry and get it to a shop close by to a**** the damage. The wheel was cracked and I figured it wouldn't be long before the tire would be flat and we would then need to have the vehicle towed.
ATTEMPTED REMEDY:Tupperway was within a couple miles from his work and they had good reviews, so I went. They were attentive and addressed me right away. Took a look and the wheel and we discussed either looking for one at a junk yard or just putting on the spare. The gentleman said most likely the tire had a large bulge in it where he hit the curb and it would need to be replaced. He said they would take it back and figure out the damage and let me know. I sat in the waiting area a while..maybe 30- 45 mins and they let me know they had called around and found a wheel for $75.00 but it was in Charleston so it would be another hour .
I needed to change and go to work so I was thinking about the time it might take and said" What about the tire, was it damaged?" He told me they were still looking at that and to let him go find out. Another 20 mins passed and another man came and asked if I knew what was happening with my car. I told him I was waiting on an update. He said, "Oh, well he went to pick up the wheel so we are waiting on him to get back" ......Keep in mind I never said I actually wanted him to get the wheel, I was waiting for more info and still trying to decide if I had that kind of time. I figured I would be cutting it close but would probably still make it to work on time. We discussed it might need an alignment earlier also. I waited and waited and waited. 2 hours later I was ready to go and definitely late for work. (Spent 3 hours total there)
DOWN HILL FROM THERE: I reviewed the invoice and saw the wheel was priced at $102.00, not the $75 I was quoted. I went out to the Vehicle and saw my spare tire sticking out and hanging awkwardly out from under my Tahoe. I went back in and asked about it, they sent someone out to put it back on correctly.... but I had to ask, they were ready to send me on my way like that. I asked about the wheel price and he said the owner was suppose to talk to me about that. He said the junkyard had priced the wrong kind of wheel over the phone. {You are a tire store, why can't you give enough detail about what you need to get a correct price and why did I have to ask about it to get an answer?} They also charged me for an alignment and the vehicle is no where close to aligned! After leaving, I thought, wait....."why did they put that bad tire back on as my spare?" I called to ask about it and come to find out, there was nothing wrong with the tire that hit the curb and they had just put the original tire back on the new wheel, so I still had my original spare. Again, I HAD TO ASK!
OVERALL TAKE AWAY: I feel like they have terrible communication, perform lazy work and their quoted prices can't be trusted.

I called and got a quote for the service, scheduled an appointment. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time, they had all my information in their system and were able to take my keys and have my car done within the time they said (which was within an hour). The quote they provided included tax which was unexpected so I got the front end alignment done for less than originally expected.

. Extremely well! The initial estimate seemed a little steep. What impressed me was Todd's willingness to work with me to keep things within my budget. The results were perfect. The tech even went so far as to rotate my tires in the process. I have had dealings with the "Just having fun" place in the past. In my opinion, Tupperway has them beat hands down. I will be back.

They are very sweet and are great people. However, it seems that every time I get work done on my car there I have to keep going back. Eventually they are always able to fix the problem but it is a hassle to have to keep going back. One example, I bought 4 new tires and 1 of them had a leak at the stem. I had to take the car back 4 times before they resolved the issue. Of course they didn't charge me for the follow up visits but it was still inconvenient. They have been around forever and have a good reputation but their prices are a little high.
