Anthony was gracious, friendly and professional the 3 different times he had to come out. Great at what he does!!! Needless to say, the owner, Michael Sciannamea was on top of the situation and showed that he cared about fixing the issue. My husband and I consider them our go-to, from here on out! A very reliable and professional company!!

It went very badly. Had to have them return three times to try to fix the problems. The owner was rude and obnoxious. I finally told them not to come back again and called a "real" plumber who said, upon inspection, it was installed backwards and fixed the problem in less than an hour. I would never use this company again!

I (husband) was out of town on business and the "slow drain" would no longer drain. My wife looked up the highest rated plumber on Angie's List and gave them a call. Good response time as they were there same day. She point blank asked them for their free quote. This is when the experience started down hill fast. The plumber gave a foolish and irresponsible answer that he could not inspect the drain without "dropping" the disposal first. The "drop fee" was $150. Folks, if you don't know, a disposal has a permanent attachment to the drain opening on the bottom of your sink and literally has a 1/4 turn nut that holds it to the sink. So, for 10 seconds of work, he stole $150 from my wife and I. From there he actually started to do real plumbing. The cause of our "slow" drain was a clog quite a ways down the drain...150' I believe. A couple hours later, he was done and the drain was fixed. At this point, he finally tells my wife a price and acts as though he's doing her a favor by knocking about 20 minutes of labor off to round down to the nearest hour. So, all said, this free quote/troubleshoot was a $338 bill for something I could have accomplished once I returned from travel. I'm not upset with the work, but I'm livid with the customer service to a woman with no idea of how you're taking her for a complete and total ride with your charges. Never again and I would tell all potential customers to be very leery and be sure you get a quote before real work begins....no B.S. pre-charging for easy/standard work.

Anthony, was extremely professional and kept me informed throughout the process. He did not mind answering questions i had about the work that was being done and he was very friendly. They are truly the "friendly neighborhood plumbers". I would highly recommend using them.

Excellent! They did a great job and their work looks very professional. They did a lot of work in my fixer upper house and were always on time. I heavily recommend this company. The also found a gas leak in my lines that I didn't even know of! They offer advice on problematic issues that you could possibly experience in the future. I was really glad to work with Mike, the owner, and some of his employees. They were courteous and always have performed A+ level work. They have been to my house around 5 times now for many different things. Each time they have an A+ rating from myself.

Fine, they were able to identify the correct parts I needed and where I could get the parts locally. They allowed me to pick-up the needed parts locally(thus saving me the mark-up that would normally be applied to the parts), and they installed them to finish the work. The work was not technically demanding(it was a repair of a toilet valve) or of a major nature to them, but it was important to me and they completed the work in satisfactory(even more than satisfactory if that can be said of rather mundane work). The important contribution they made to this project is their "get it done" perspective, rather than a project they could have easily walked away from! I will definitely not hesitate to use them again on more demanding work when the situation arises in the future.

If you need anything to do with gas done, Suncoast is your company. Mike helped with EVERY step of the way, including dealing with SCE&G. We had another company come out before and they were not able to guide me on ALL the necessary steps to convert the home to gas. It's important to realize how broad "plumbing" can be and that not all companies are as knowledgeable as Mike is when it comes to how the plumbing ties in with gas/electricity and everything else in your home. Mike came out several times to check on inspections from the city and again when the meter was finally installed. He pulled the permit himself and is willing to come out AGAIN once other gas appliances are installed just to ensure everything is working properly. You can tell he's very passionate about his work and that goes a long way.

They were great. I was so impressed with the boys. They were fabulous. I was so happy that I did not have to pay $150 for a little thing. It was a simple repair that I needed to have done. They advised me to save me money.  They advised that I go out and purchase the part that I need that would save me a tremendous amount of money instead of buying the parts through them. They were great. They were very professional. I would absolutely recommend them.
