Mr Perez showed up the next day after I called him and gave me an estimate. I asked for specific dates and he accomadated those dates for me. Him and his nice helper showed up in time, and if he was running late, which was only twice throughout the whole week due to inclement weather, he was sure to inform me immediately. His demeanor was joyful along with his assistant, and was a pleasure to speak with. He is a meticulous worked and pays attention to detail. His work is impeccable and I feel blessed to have had him do my floors for me. I am very pleased with his work and very excited to be able to enjoy my floors for years to come. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a professional job done, I am absolutely thrilled with the job , and can't say enough about the professional job he did. EJB

It was fabulous. He was able to completely correct another refinisher's many mistakes and my floors look beautiful. I described what color I wanted and he mixed the colors on my newly bared floors where I could see the color in the setting and make a selection. He was very professional and got the job done on time. Everyone that comes into my home comments on how beautiful my floors are now. I would recommend him to anyone.

Mr. Perez was very professional when he came to do the estimate. He is very, very knowledgeable about his work.

I noticed that he takes lots of pride in his work. The quality was excellent and most of all whatever I asked of him he was able to answer all questions without hesitation.

He educated me on how to maintain my floors the do's and the don'ts. I would recommend anyone to him. The price did not broke my pockets and he is willing to negotiate his prices.
