Phelps Enterprises is a husband and wife team who really know curtains, blinds and rods. They did a great job hanging a huge rod and curtains over my slider and bamboo blinds over the rest of our windows. They also hung rods in two bedrooms, one with curtains. Everything was ordered directly through Phelps. I would definitely use them again.
