Initially, when I was there to review everything, he did decent work - never great and often had to be repeated but at least he did the work.  When I left the area on orders he took absurd liberties - charging for work he never did.  Doing substandard work.  Requesting large sums of money and never providing adequate receipts for work I later discovered he never performed.  He basically robbed me blind and I didn't see many alternatives at the time.  Thank God for Angie's list.
