After contacting Ductz about a malfunctioning dryer vent fan issue, they proposed a two- step solution. Since the vent fan appeared to be defective they recommended we contact an electrician to see if it was shorted out or whether a blockage in the dryer vent was preventing it from kicking on due to reduced air flow. If the fan was fine they would be happy to come out and clean out the dryer vent.

The electrician came out and verified that the fan was functional and Ductz came out the next day to clean out the dryer vent.  After their initial cleaning attempt my wife and I still found reduced air flow in the vent and the fan would still not come on when we turned on the dryer.

Ductz came out a second time, and finally found the source of the blockage and cleaned it out really well.

We replaced the dry-rotted tubing that connects the fan to the vent at the cost of 48cents and all is well.

Thanks to Ductz for their prompt response. While they may be more expensive than some of the other outfits out there, they responded within 24 hours. Some of the other places we called had a literal 2 week wait, unacceptable when you can?t do laundry and there is a possibility of a lint fire taking place. Thanks to Ductz for being responsive and getting the job done right!

Service to clear our clogged dryer vent was excellent.  They called ahead of my appointment time to ask if I wanted them to come earlier.  The 2 employees were professional and showed me the large amount of lent they removed out of the dryer from the inside and outside vent.  They also cleaned up everything afterward.  I would definitely use their services again in the future.

The experience was not the best, but the owner responded immediately to feedback and addressed my complaint in a reasonable manner.

They were OK but I didn't find the lead guy who was there particularly personable so I would not use them again. The price was good because it was a package deal, the quality of work was good and they got the work done in good time.

My wife and I were very satisfied with the services.  Mr. Unsinger was prompt, courteous and friendly.  His price was reasonable.  We have been in our house for 11 and a half years, and this was the first time we had the dryer vent cleaned.  There was a lot of lent.  Mr. Unsinger did an excellent job of cleaning out the vent and of cleaning up the lent that fell to  the grown and inside the laundry room.  
Mr. Unsinger is retired military.  I mentioned this fact because of his excellent work, and my belief that military veteran owned businesses deserved to be patronized.    

Ductz of Charleston found my air outlet outside that no one else could find. The servicemen were very nice and were willing to go on the roof if necessary which other companies wouldn't. Their quality and punctuality were excellent. 

I was surprised at how much lint had built up.  This is a necessary service to eliminate dryer fires.

They were very professional, and it was easy to work with them.  Furthermore, they worked quickly and did a good job with the insulation.

They came with two helpers besides the manager. They cleaned out all the vents and ducts and did an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves pretty good. They put a cap on the drain pipe in the attic for the end of the HVAC and said they put that on so that it could be pulled off and cleaned. They said that way, it would not cause water problem on our ceiling.

They arrived on time, were very courteous and friendly.  The workers were actually younger than I expected them to be and I would have preferred that they explain a little more about what they were doing but they were very careful  with their equipment and cleaned up very well when they were finished.  The whole procedure took between 2 and 3 hours.

It went very well.  I was a bit surprised initially at how much it cost, but it took 4 guys all day to do the work.  Ductz was very professional throughout the entire process.

Ductz of Charleston was able to come the day I called.  Very pleased with the service.

Everything worked like a charm. The workers arrived on time and it took about 2 1/2 hours to do the job and about a half hour to remove equipment and clean up. I would hire them in a heartbeat. You can't go wrong with Ductz.

He arrived 10 mins early, which was a first for any service. He was professional and did the job I requested. He also attached a new hose and clips to the dryer, I had purchased these prior to his arrival. I would call this company again.
