Lee is a very cordial, interesting fellow. He did an excellent job, however I believe he overcharges. No, I didn't have to use him, but we needed the work done soon and he was available- and with excellent reviews. Actually, he came earlier than expected. Very professional, punctual. Cleaned up the area where he was working. He had to be called back to finish something he overlooked. I was a little concerned he would charge me again, but he did not. However, for the work that was done (wood rot on porch rail) couldn't have taken very long. I wish I got paid this much per hour! If you are not on a budget, I would highly recommend Lee.

I could only inspect the brick molding. He didn't paint it to match the existing molding.

He worked very hard for 6 days with us. Lee always arrived before 8am and left several days when it was getting dark. He literally worked throughout the day without breaks. He has an eye for detail therefore the work turned out great! As I said, we'll have him back very soon for other projects.

There was a leak in our bathroom, which he fixed in no time. He even did a little bit of electrical work for me. He fill a crack in the floor. He was such a great worker. I am so pleased with what he did and would use him again.

My husband and I have used Lee several times in the past and have always found him to be professional, prompt, and his workmanship is of the highest quality. This time he replaced a yard nightlight for me. He double checked the troubleshooting I had done prior, which was good, and then replaced the unit. The job looks good and the light works like it's suupposed to. Overall, for all the times we have utilized him, I give him an A+.
The time prior to this, I had a water heater replaced in February. Again, He was prompt, professional, and did a great, affordable job. I do a lot of my own repairs, but I do not mess with electricals. I trust Lee, and the work he perfroms has always been of the best quality.

My wife purchased a new solar sensor and called him a couple months later to see if he could come out and finish the job by installing the new sensor. He stated it would be $75.00 more for him to come out and complete the job.

Not sure you could find a more skilled and professional craftsman like Lee. He is without a doubt one of the finest individuals we ever had to the pleasure of dealing with. Hire only Lee if you want the job done right!

Lee Pollard has done many jobs for us over the years. He is always prompt and professional. We have no hesitation about recommending him.

He did mostly carpentry work to cut out a custom space for my new stove. The work also included some electrical work such as installing an outlet and checking on my ceiling fan. He did a few other items such as door hinge and installing a tank mechanism in the bathroom. Very good advice along the way for various questions I asked. He also bought the special outlet needed for the stove. I was very pleased with the work.

Lee Pollard is the owner. Everything that needed to be done, he did. He did the work promptly and expertly. He came out 2-3 times to do the work. My experience with him was excellent. He did all the work. We didn't have any problem, and everything worked fine.

This price is per hour. The work is excellent, but the price is high. He is very prompt and nice. The experience was positive. I would use him again in the future, but only if I could not find anyone else that is more reasonably priced.
