Called to set up appointment when he was running this special coupon on Angie's List.  Didn't know about it????  Appointment was set up for next morning to fix hot water heater and other plumbing issues. Didn't show up, didn't answer texts or phone calls!  Got someone else.  First bad experience with someone from Angie's List.

It went well except for the materials charge.  $45 in supplies to install 3 faucets seems rather high.

It's didn't go the provider A+Plumbing refused to honor the voucher that expired Oct 23, 2013 and it is Sept. 16, 2013 now.

Very professional and fair. had to buy parts and did not charge for the time required to get those parts.

In late July, we purchased a $99 Great Deal for 2 hours of plumbing work.  The deal didn't expire till Oct. 23rd.  Plumber called us about a week after we'd purchased the deal to schedule an appt. with us.  We explained that we'd bought the deal in order to switch out bathroom fixtures, but didn't have the fixtures yet, that we would call him in a month or so when we had the fixtures.  He agreed.  I just called him to schedule an appt. and was told that "they were no longer doing that deal."  That he'd only done it for one month.  When I reminded him that the deal had been good for three months, and that he should/could have told us he was only honoring it for 1 month when we'd originally spoken to him the first time, his response was "sorry, call Angie's List."  I did and they are refunding our money.  I won't be calling A+ Plumbing ever again!!

I contacted him on August 7th via his cellphone.  He asked me to please go on Angie's List and fill out the special form that was being offered and he would get back in touch with me as soon as he received that information.  Within two hours after inputing my information via Angie's List, he called me back to set up a date for coming to do the job.  We decided that the next day, Aug 8th, would be great for the both of us.  He arrived promptly at the time he said he would.  He quickly solved the leak I had under the kitchen sink and had all the appropriate parts to fix it.  He was able to fix the bathroom toilet very quickly as well.  Both jobs took less than two hours.

I had him fix a leaky toilet and check the pipes under the house to make sure there were not any leaks. I paid for the parts for the toilet he fixed. He was very professional and friendly. The owner and his assistant were great. I would use them again.

End result was excellent! Laurence and his helper, Brian, were polite, professional, and engaging. They looked at my plumbing, making suggestions, listening to my constraints, offering alternatives. They looked at the indoor faucets, and found that they were older, requiring more expensive replacement, rather than repair, and made suggestions for holding off until we do other remodeling. Fixed the outdoor faucet quickly, then noticed my washer and dryer, and suggested installation as part of the visit.
During the washer/dryer installation, they found a leak in the drainage hose, and searched nearby suppliers to find a replacement. They patched holes made by previous repairs, and installed the units, cleaning up and completing all the work wihtin two hours, as promised.
I will call A+ Plumbing, when I have problems in the future.

Mr Anglin is a great and trustworthy person. I have enjoyed him help me with my plumbing problems.
