 + -1 moreHe was professional- He certainly knew his job. He explained everything clearly and simply. Answered every question . Before he left the first day, I asked him for a ball-park figure as to cost. He gave me an approximate figure of around $350. After he received the part and installed it the next day, the totall amount ended up being $335. Which, of course, I was pleased with that! I have used Witherspoon before, and will certainly be using him again.
Description of Work: My heater would not cut on every time when I raised the thermostat. When it did come on, it sounded like it was really laboring to make some kind of connection, and it made some sort of clicking sound. I called late one afternoon, told his secretary my problem,and she told me she would contact him. A few minutes later, she called back and said that Don Witherspoon said to cut it off & leave it until he got there. About 30 minutes later, he arrived, checked the heater, told me what the problem was & explained that he had said to cut the heater off entirely, because he was scared it might catch on fire. He had to order the part I needed, which he did then & there-told me it would be in the next day, and he would come as soon as he had it. He came the next day, fixed the heater & all was well.
