Yonce Land Surveying

Very annoyed right now I had them do my survey in July of 2022 for a extra half an acre that was added to my purchase for $600. Its not the price or the service that really aggravated me to no end its the fact that the service was provided back in July and we had just moved here and had a ton of transactions coming out of our bank so never noticed that they never cashed the check. But you wait until the week before the most expensive holiday of the year to cash the check? Not Jul, Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov, or even the first week of Dec!!!!! But wait until the week before Christmas REALLY!! as the only provider for a family of 6 that extra money was needed. I understand I have to pay for a service provided but C'mon Man beyond annoyed right now

This company was excellent.  He was very accommodating with my schedule and even came a day earlier than scheduled just to meet my needs.  The job was done quickly and professionally. 
Also when I spoke to the lady in the office, she was extremely polite and helpful.  I would definitely use Yonce again and would recommend them to anyone needing a land survey.

An excellent job was done and feel the price charged was more than fair. Actually found all original corner pins, some completely buried underground over the years. Cleared trees and brush on lines in wooded areas (twelve hundred feet) and marked lines along entire length. Answered questions I had and was easy to work with. It was a pleasure doing business with these folks.

He was able to locate problems that other people weren't. He did a very thorough report.
