After calling the company which clearly lists 24 hr emergency service on this website, I gave them the information on a roof leak around my chimeny and the fact that damage was being done in the dining room. The person who answered the phone took my contact information and told me he couldnt get anyone out until late afternoon and only if there was no rain. I completely understand you cannot work on a roof in the rain however, it did not rain the rest of the day. The company was no call/no show and I placed follow up calls to them which have gone unanswered. I now must seek other contractors do do the work which will further delay any repairs and expose the house to more dmage. Simply put, if you cant or wont do the job just tell me so I and move in an expeditious manner. Very dissappointed.
