Even though it was winter and I was trying to get a head start on the repair, they still took over three weeks to put my belt back on. The belt had slipped the pulley for the blades. They didn't fix the cause of the problem, they just put the belt back on the pulley. They didn't even clean off the deck of some left over yard debris.  They charge a lot, do a little and take a long time to do it!
Six months later the belt slipped off again.

I had two lawn mower repairs. One was last year that was Tru Value Hardware. Because of my experiences with them I took the lawn mower the second time to somebody else. I would grade them a C overall. The main problem was that it took the whole summer to do the job. That’s why I am grading them so low, they had it three months.
