Description of Work: Upstairs bedroom ceiling was damaged by attic A/C unit drip pan overflow. Tim and crew replaced insulation and drywall plus mudding after another contractor crew removed and hauled off damaged material.

+ -1 moreTim Arnold is the ultimate contractor and craftsman for any household remodeling project. His high standards are reflected by his selection of workers to assist him. He explains timelines and meets commitments. His prices are fair and his follow-up and cleanliness are exceptional.
Description of Work: Gutted two bathrooms; procured and installed new plumbing and electrical fixtures; removed partition wall and textured ceiling; installed new tile, vanities, pocket door, baseboard molding, and exhaust fans; painted bedroom and bathrooms and installed carpeting and ceiling fan; fabricated closet shelving and installed hallway hardwood floor. Co-ordinated glass shower door replacement, sub-floor ducting replacement, and structural strengthening.
