Sweetgrass Properties began caring for luxury estates 20 years ago as "Kiawah Services" on Kiawah Island. Today we are a full-service management, maintenance, and remodeling company with office locations on Kiawah & on Isle of Palms. We offer all of our estate services to the Johns Island, James Island, Downtown Charleston, Mt. Pleasant, Isle of Palms, Wild Dunes, Sullivan’s Island, Daniel Island, and Kiawah and Seabrook Islands. Whether we are managing a rental, providing HVAC service, cleaning houses, changing out HVAC, or completing an entire home remodel, we are committed to providing unparalleled service and results. This commitment has kept our clients happy and driven the growth of our business across the Lowcountry. We have over 40 employees and complete our work in-house! We provide free estimates, are licenses and insured and stand behind all of our work.
